As a result of the Russian shelling, on the evening of June 8, fires broke out in a cafe, shop and school library in the Novobavarsky district of Kharkiv.
According to preliminary data, two people were killed and four were injured.

The total area of fires was about 500 square meters. meters. The school building was partially damaged. The fires were extinguished at 03:10.
In total, rescuers extinguished 16 fires a day as a result of Russian shelling: two in the Novobavarsky district of Kharkiv, eight in the Chuhuiv district, and two each in the Izium, Bohodukhiv, and Kharkiv districts of the region.
Houses, outbuildings, a workshop, a hayloft, warehouses, garages and cars, a cafe building, a shop, a school library, and coniferous forests were on fire.
