Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war by the Russian occupiers. 

“According to the investigation, on June 26, the military aggressor countries once again launched a missile attack on the territory of Novovorontsovka village, Beryslav district, Kherson region. The shell fell on the territory of a private household, it was destroyed. There are no military facilities in this area. 

Such actions pose a direct threat to the life and health of the civilian population, contrary to the norms of international humanitarian law, which explicitly prohibit attacks on civilians and civilian objects, “the statement said.
