Russia is again mobilizing troops and equipment to the Chernihiv region and has stepped up rocket attacks in the Sumy region. Whether the invaders will try again to break through to Kiev and whether Lukashenko will help Putin.
The American newspaper The Washington Post reported that Russia is again mobilizing troops and equipment to the eastern Ukrainian border. As the newspaper notes, the Ukrainian border guards are accumulating enemy troops near the Chernihiv region, where settlements are more frequently hit by rocket attacks.
“More than two months after Ukraine’s peninsula was liberated from the Russian forces, local residents who had fled from the war beyond the border and into Western Ukraine began to return to their motherland. But the border guards believe that it is too early to return to the Chernihiv region”, – reads the article.
In particular, the deputy commander of the regional paratroopers, Oleksandr Vadovskyy, said that two to eight Russian shells fall in Chernihiv region every day. His troops are regularly forced to fight back through the cordon.
“In any case, we are preparing for a possible invasion. They are attacking our positions and cities. The Russians have no notion of the rules of combat,” he said. – he said.
On the morning of 25 February, the occupants again launched a massive shelling of the Chernihiv region. The Russian troops used 120 mm caliber mortars and small arms artillery. According to Galina Shehovtsova, press secretary of the Chernigov corridor, the shelling was carried out between the third and fourth year and lasted for 40 hvylins.
The thieves’ shelling of the Sumy region also intensified.
“On 24 February, close to 19:55, spies recorded 6 “arrivals”: first, 2 arrivals in the area of the settlement of Gudove and 4 arrivals in the area of the outskirts of the settlement of Shaligine. The missiles were launched from two SU aircraft flying from Russian territory. There were no casualties among military personnel or equipment.
