A soldier of the 656th Regiment of Operational Purposes – Military Unit – 6720 troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation was suspected in absentia of inciting treason and violating the laws and customs of war (Part 4, Article 27, Part 2, Article 111, Part 1 Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, the suspect took part in the occupation of the city of Bucha, Kyiv region. In order to fulfill the tasks set by the top military leadership of the Russian Federation, he, along with other unidentified Russian servicemen, arrived at the administrative building of the Irpin Central City Hospital in landing combat vehicles and other military equipment.
