Three locals blew up a Russian mine on the beach of the resort village of Lazurny (Skadovsky district).
The Russian military, in violation of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons, planted mines along the Black Sea coast.
The prosecutor’s office of the Kherson area reports about it.
The tragedy happened near the boarding house “Sail”. The explosion killed all three on the spot.
The prosecutor’s office has opened criminal proceedings for violating the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder.
