This was announced by the head of the Luhansk OVA, Serhii Gaidai, in a telegram .

“In order to reach the administrative border of Luhansk region, the Russians are destroying the surrounding villages with artillery. That is, they are not stopped even by the fact that there are civilians who are dying in their houses and yards. They do not stop firing on Bilogorivka and Zolotarivka from all types of heavy weapons . They use barrel and rocket artillery. They hit houses, every building that seems to them a possible fortification. In order to advance, they do not count personal losses and do not feel sorry for the residents of the region,” he emphasized.

The situation is similar in the cities and villages of Donetsk region, located near the border with Luhansk region. However, the Armed Forces are on the defensive.

“There was a lot of talk that the Russians surrounded us in Lysychansk, propaganda mouthpieces even talked about several “boilers”. I would like to emphasize that our troops withdrew centrally from Lysychansk. Even those fighters who covered the withdrawal inflicted significant losses on the Russians,” noted the head of the OVA .
