The redistribution of “power” began in the temporarily occupied Yakymivska community of the Melitopol district (Zaporizhia region). Collaborators expelled Serhiy Kutykov , one of the deputies of the pseudo-head of the community Maksym Zubarev.

The ex-chief of the dismissed Zubarev used to be the head of the local “cleaning” which was responsible for catching stray dogs and cats . According to journalists, he has a criminal record .

“Locals say that Serhiy Kutykov was too thoughtful for his collaborators and began to carry out some murky schemes with the land . He paid for this with his position,” the report says.

The collaborators were presented to the residents of the community in May 2022 as new “bosses”. “And how everything started well,” joked the authors of the regional news agency.
