This was announced by Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar on the air of the national telethon.

“We spoke frankly: Kyiv is constantly under threat. Indeed, people are returning (to the capital. – Ed.). But still, the war – in the hot phase. Kyiv was the main goal of the Russian Federation, and remains so,” – said Malyar.
