The Russian occupiers have brought so much artillery to Lysychansk that it is impossible to choose targets. The city is being completely destroyed, although people remain there.
This is stated in the plot of “Military TV of Ukraine”.

“According to various estimates, the enemy has concentrated in this direction more than a hundred units of only reactive artillery. Barrel artillery and mortars are so numerous here that the enemy may not particularly choose targets – it just covers whole areas of the city with dense fire,” the story says.

At the same time, many civilians remain in the city and it is impossible to evacuate them because of the constant shelling.

Many streets are blocked because of the destruction, and the lack of communication makes any communication between medical units and the State Emergency Service impossible. However, despite the difficult situation, Lysychansk is holding its ground.
