The air defense forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces managed to shoot it down . 

This was reported in the Odesa City Council with reference to OK “South”. 

“The enemy tried to launch another missile attack on Odesa. An Kh-31 air-launched missile was fired from the Su-35 aircraft from the direction of the Black Sea. The missile was eliminated over the sea by air defense forces,” the message says.
