Moldovan President Maya Sandu has arrived in Kyiv on a visit, according to the official website of the Moldovan head of state on June 27.
“Today, June 27, the President of the Republic of Moldova Maya Sandu is on a working visit to Kyiv,” the statement reads.

During the day, Sandu will visit Borodyanka, Bucha and Irpin, as well as meet with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

On June 25, Sandu announced that she was planning a visit to Kyiv, but did not name a date . Zelensky’s spokesman Serhiy Nikiforov said in a comment to Newsmaker that if Sandu’s visit to Kyiv takes place, no one will report about it in advance for security reasons in connection with Russia’s war against Ukraine .
