The Ukrainian Interior Ministry has described the chances of the Russian occupants to take Kiev. Advisor to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Viktor Andrusiv estimated the chances of the enemy in the case of a second attempt to attack the capital.
Russian media are spreading information that the Kremlin is planning to try to take Kiev again. However, according to Andrusiv, the invader has no resources for the offensive. The advisor to the head of the Interior Ministry believes that the threats are made only to intimidate Ukrainians and confuse them:
This is an information and psychological special operation to intimidate us. So that Ukraine begins to concentrate troops in the north, and not in the south and east, where our counterstrikes should be. In reality, the Russians have no forces for a repeat offensive against Kiev.
Andrusiv says that during the previous attempt to seize the Ukrainian capital, the terrorists used 50% of all their power and achieved nothing. He stressed that the enemy has already started bringing 50-year-old T-62 tanks to the front:
And in order to attack Kiev again, they will have to disarm World War II-era T-34 tanks. And also do a full general mobilization. Then they can attack, but the result will be even worse than the first time
