“This is a phased exchange. It will not be a one-time exchange, there will be several stages. Small exchanges are ongoing. In the near future, we hope to release a smaller number of our prisoners. This will be reported in the media,” he said.

According to Budanov, now the intelligence has almost all the information about the fighters who defended Mariupol.
