The occupants do not allow the residents of Kherson Oblast to evacuate to Mykolaiv Oblast and shoot peaceful convoys of cars.

This was reported by the head of the Mykolaiv regional council Anna Zamazeeva.

“The Russian military, which is now occupying the Kherson region, practically does not allow a single person to leave the region, even women with children. They insidiously shoot all the cars and people in them that are going from the Kherson region in the direction of the Nikolaev region. This is happening in all directions”, – wrote Zamazeeva.

She reported that there are facts when snipers of Russian terrorists without any warnings shoot people in cars trying to leave the temporarily occupied territories. There are also facts of shooting first vehicles from evacuation convoys with machine guns and cannons that are mounted on enemy BMPs, and even from Grads.

“As a result of such shootings there are both dead and wounded. At the same time, all the wounded are forced to return to Kherson. Probably to hide their war crimes”, – wrote the head of the regional council.

She noted that all citizens who want to leave the temporarily occupied territories are welcome in Mykolaiv region, but asked to take into account this information about the atrocities of the occupants.

Recall that between Mykolaiv and Kherson, the occupants shot a volunteer, the director of a Volvo car dealership.
