Kotsiuba Oleksiy was born on April 4, 1964 in the village of Khotynivka . In 1982-1985, Alexei served in the Navy. After living in Kyiv, he and his family moved to Mykolayiv, where he worked as a private entrepreneur.

In 2021, Alexei joined the Armed Forces, joining the 95th Separate Assault Brigade as a combat medic. With the beginning of a full-scale enemy invasion throughout Ukraine, the Defender, together with his comrades, bravely defended his native Ukraine and gave a worthy rebuff to the invader.

The hero died on June 1 while performing a combat mission near the village of Dovhenke in the Kharkiv region.

Mykhailo Marynchuk was born in the village of Budaniv, Ternopil region.  In 2020, the Defender signed a contract with the Armed Forces of Ukraine and enlisted in the 12th separate tank battalion in the village of Honcharivske in Chernihiv region. There he held the post of tank commander and together with his comrades fought against enemy occupation troops.

Mykhailo died on June 1 while performing a combat mission near the village of Zaitsevo, Donetsk region.

Relatives and friends said goodbye to the fallen Heroes of the North and Ukraine for the last time, honoring their bright memory and burying them in their native land.
